Substitute Toddler Teacher
Hi everyone! My name is Christina Norman. A few things about me, I grew up in an in-home daycare with my older brother and younger sister. After high school I worked a couple years at a preschool in their toddler room, and after leaving there I took a few years of trying out different things. During that time, I worked at a vet clinic as a vet assistant and at a bank as a teller. After a while I realized I wanted to get back to working with kids. That is where my heart is! So, I went back to school, completed my Early Childhood Education Certificate, and got hired on here at Sequim’s Little Explorers! I am happy and content again at work! When I am not at work you can find me out adventuring with my 7yr old daughter. We love getting outside! The lake, the beach, the woods, our backyard, anywhere we can explore! I love being hands-on and active. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to share that passion with your child to help nurture their development and growth!

I am a Preschool Teacher at SLE. I am outgoing and adventurous. I spends my nights studying and attending classes at Peninsula College for a degree in Early Childhood Education and aspire to work with special needs children in the future. On my free time I enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, snowboarding, surfing and especially traveling and sightseeing.
I was born and raised here in Sequim. My boyfriend and I are raising his 5 year old daughter, 4 year old son and our 1 year old son. I work in the infant room at SLE. I’v always wanted to work with babies for as long as I can remember. My mom was always so worried I was going to have a baby as a teenager because I’ve always been baby crazy! I worked at a in-home daycare while I was pregnant with my son and just loved it! I’m so glad to be working at this center with such great co-workers and Bosses!

Hello! My name is Lyberty, but you can call me Berty. I am ecstatic to have the opportunity to join SLE’s team and to learn and grow with the children here. I come from the North Shore of Oahu with many years of experience nourishing the lives of children and their families. I stand for free-range adventuring, learning through play, and cultivating compassion in everyday situations. I promise to recognize and encourage the unique characteristics of each child by teaching from a place of love and acceptance.
I am committed to the parents just as much as I am to their children. I promise to provide a safe space and keep an open door policy for any questions and concerns you may have. Thank you for allowing me to help you guide your children through their early years.
My name is Lindsey and I was born and raised here in Sequim. My Husband Ben and I and our three kids Annie 9, Amy 6, and William 1 enjoy getting outside on walks and to exploring the beach whenever we can. We also love our Friday night movies nights. Some things I enjoy personally are yoga, cooking, reading ,doing projects with my girls, and quality family time. I am a teacher in the toddler room here at SLE and really enjoy this age group. Seeing there curiosity and resilience is inspiring.
